Millikins Enters the Computer Age

We went to the mall on President's Day to see if there were some good sales on some shirts for me, no such luck in that department. But, we had to hit the Apple store for Dave's eye candy.

We walked out carrying a bag, actually Millikins walked out carrying the bag. She got a Dora computer game. It's a fun preschool game. Just another way that I can teach her her letters and numbers and such. Millikins LOVES Dora at the moment, so that helps reinforce things.

Dave was telling his co-worker all about Millikins pretending to use one of her books as a laptop and working. This co-worker had an old, working, laptop from the 80's that he donated to a lonely three year old girl. Let me tell you, it was LOVE at first sight.

Eating grapes and playing tetris.

Two Month Check Up

Little Lulu had her two month check up today.

She is now 13.8 lbs and 24.5" long.

Meaning she has gained 5.3 lbs since she was 10 days old.
And has gained 3.5" in length.

She is currently in the 99% for weight and height.

Yeah for breastfeeding!

Lulu is two....months.

We are taking monthly photos of Lulu in the same cloth diaper, of course it's been cleaned, to see her growth over this year. Here is the first update on it.

Here she is at almost 1 month

Here she is at a full two months old

Quite the happy 'chunky' baby! :D

She LOVES her food and makes it clear that you don't mess with feeding time.

We are still exclusively breastfeeding and things are going GREAT! Lucy has decided that she has moved past a growth spurt and will sleep between 3-6 hours at a time now at night. She has switched from a big morning nap to taking a long afternoon nap.

She is such a joy to be around and LOVES Millikins. Everytime she can sit and watch Millikins is such a treat for Lulu. Millikins loves to perform for Lulu too, and audience is an audience after all! Millikins tries to help me out by singing to Lulu when she's upset to try to help calm her down.
